I’m looking to partner directly with leadership in a remote or global setting—owning executive operations, improving processes with data and SOPs, coordinating cross-functional projects, and enabling faster decisions and sustainable growth.

Over the past 15+ years, I've built my career helping businesses operate more efficiently, scale sustainably, and achieve their growth objectives. My experience spans Travel & Tourism, Technology, Retail, Franchising, Consumer Goods, Photography, and BPO industries, where I've partnered with business owners, founders, and executives across the United States and United Kingdom to drive operational excellence and business growth.

My career journey has evolved from marketing and recruitment roles to executive support, project management, finance operations, entrepreneurship, and ultimately operations leadership. Most recently, I was promoted from Executive Assistant to Operations Manager at a growing U.S.-based car rental company, where I led a remote team, implemented performance management systems, developed SOPs and KPIs, optimized workflows, and supported strategic initiatives that contributed to revenue growth and fleet expansion.

In addition to my corporate experience, I founded and managed my own online travel agency, overseeing business operations, customer service, marketing, finance, supplier management, and business development. This entrepreneurial experience strengthened my ability to think strategically, solve problems proactively, and balance day-to-day execution with long-term business goals.
