I'm currently standardising Cortex clinical-study data at F. Hoffmann-La Roche AG, maintaining application terminologies and variables in RTiS and aligning study data to CDISC-compliant GDSR models.
I built an RDF-based knowledge graph analytics proof of concept using Cortex data and evaluated GraphDB and Stardog for cross-study business use cases. I also drive SDTM, USDM, biomedical concept, assay-name, and vendor-data standardisation.
Previously at Accenture, I led enterprise data-harmonisation and FAIRification work for biopharma clients, including EHR-to-OHDSI OMOP CDM transformation and data-quality readiness assessments. At Termlex and Singapore's national health infrastructure, I delivered SNOMED CT, LOINC, ICD, and laboratory-standardisation initiatives.
My background spans clinical informatics delivery, product ownership, terminology governance, and healthcare IT leadership across APAC, national health systems, and life sciences. I bring a medical and public-health foundation to making clinical data more usable, consistent, and interoperable.
