At Centre for Magnetic Resonance in Biology and Medicine, I designed and managed a multi-site imaging research programme across two scanning facilities, coordinating 75+ sessions for 25 participants. We delivered all milestones on schedule with zero protocol deviations.
I also managed a collaboration with UKE Hamburg on preference-based decision-making in Multiple Sclerosis, coordinating scope, timelines, data-sharing agreements, and joint deliverables. I developed data pipelines and QC frameworks for complex fMRI and behavioural datasets.
At National Brain Research Centre, I managed biomarker development projects for Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s diseases, from study protocols and ethics submissions to data analysis and reporting. I contributed to 7 peer-reviewed publications and later supervised an MSc student in MRI science, data analysis, and interpretation.
