At Blackbird Benefits Collective, I manage employee enrollment in health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and other benefit plans. I also support employees with coverage and claims processing issues.
I develop and implement benefit programs to meet the needs of a diverse workforce, and collaborate with Human Resources colleagues on leave management and wellness initiatives.
At First Baptist Church and Nursery School, I administered benefits, oversaw plan renewals and compliance reporting, and processed payroll for approximately 150 employees. I also handled onboarding and offboarding and maintained employment records.
At iTrust Wellness Group, I supported billing operations during an expansion and helped build department processes. I managed accounts receivable and financial reporting, and increased the collections rate above 95% while providing customer service.
