I seek a benefits/HR role where I can improve client and employee experiences, drive compliance, mentor teams, and optimize benefits systems and processes.

I am a senior benefits and HR professional with extensive experience managing benefits programs, multi-state compliance, and employee experience for large employers, brokers, and PEOs. I have led benefits administration for thousands of employees, managed renewals and open enrollment, advised on FMLA/tax/payroll issues, and served as a subject matter expert on benefits platforms.

Throughout my career I have mentored junior advisors, implemented and audited HRIS and benefits systems, and delivered measurable revenue and premium results, including Advisor of the Year recognition in 2022 for managing significant revenue and premium.
