At Quantum Design, I advanced from Benefits Specialist to Human Resources Director while leading health and welfare programs for approximately 280 covered employees. I’ve owned benefits strategy and administration across medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, HSA/FSA, COBRA, and leave programs.

I partner directly with brokers, carriers, vendors, Payroll, and organizational leaders on renewals, carrier evaluations, plan recommendations, employee support, and compliance activities. I’ve led annual open enrollment end to end, from communications and employee help sessions to HRIS activities, eligibility reviews, and enrollment accuracy.

I coordinated a carrier transition for approximately 280 covered employees and led Paylocity implementation and benefits administration, including employee data, enrollment processes, benefit changes, and audits.

My background combines hands-on benefits administration with broader HR leadership, including team leadership, employee relations, onboarding, compensation administration, and executive partnership. I focus on clear employee support and benefits decisions that strengthen retention and the employee experience.
