I’m looking for a role where I can own front-desk or office operations, coordinate events, and support guests and clients through clear communication, process improvement, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

I’m an administrative and customer service professional who supports office operations, coordinates large-scale events, and serves as a primary point of contact for clients, guests, and organizational partners. I thrive in fast-paced environments where clear communication and strong problem-solving keep services running smoothly.

As a Residence Hall Coordinator / Front Desk Attendant at Boston University Events & Conferences, I supervised and trained front desk staff, ensuring consistent coverage and high service standards. I managed administrative workflows like incident reports, facility requests, and daily operational logs, while coordinating communication between housing leadership, facilities teams, and guests to resolve issues efficiently.

I also handled secure access at scale—distributing credentials and managing secure access for hundreds of guests across campus residences. At Wheelock Family Theatre, I supported daily administrative operations, monitored calendars, handled communications and file organization, and managed ticket sales and membership records using the OvationTix system.
