I’m an administrative and customer service professional who supports office operations, coordinates large-scale events, and serves as a primary point of contact for clients, guests, and organizational partners. I thrive in fast-paced environments where clear communication and strong problem-solving keep services running smoothly.
As a Residence Hall Coordinator / Front Desk Attendant at Boston University Events & Conferences, I supervised and trained front desk staff, ensuring consistent coverage and high service standards.
