What I'm looking for

I'm open to employer-sponsored opportunities in the UAE where I can support employee relations, HR operations, people partnering, and employee lifecycle processes in line with HR best practices.

I'm currently supporting employee relations at Polaris Bank, providing day-to-day HR guidance and helping resolve, document, and follow up on employee-related matters.

Across Polaris Bank and MDS Logistics, I've partnered with employees, line managers, and business stakeholders on probation, confirmation, appraisal, engagement, workforce matters, and strategic hiring. I've also developed HR templates, trackers, reports, and people-process frameworks that improve consistency and visibility.

At Leadway Pensure PFA, I coordinated recruitment, onboarding, HRIS records, payroll inputs, welfare, benefits, statutory deductions, training logistics, and employee documentation across the employee lifecycle.

I'm a CIPM and PHRi-certified HR professional committed to applying HR best practices in employee relations, HR operations, and people partnering.
