What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a fully remote customer success or account management role where I can own B2B relationships end-to-end, drive adoption and retention through data, and help clients and partners grow.

I'm growing client accounts at Migso-Pcubed in the aerospace sector, owning retention, revenue growth, profitability, and service delivery alongside a team of consultants.

Previously at NetExplorer, I managed 40+ SaaS partner accounts across France, recruited and onboarded 15+ partners, and used performance KPIs to build tailored success plans. I also coached partners through complex B2B sales cycles as a trusted advisor.

At Wavestone, I worked directly with clients on tailored cybersecurity proposals, AI-related cyber risk training for 200+ employees, crisis simulations, and EBIOS RM risk assessments.

My experience also includes monitoring performance across around 200 Toyota France dealership accounts, leading rollout of a new dealership concept across 20 locations, and using Power BI, Excel, CRM, and BI tools to drive account performance. I'm fully remote-ready and comfortable coordinating client and partner networks across France.
