I am a highly adaptable servant leader with nearly a decade of international experience across customer success, support, research, and project management. I combine field-facing service skills with data-driven fundraising and operational improvements to deliver measurable results.

At Harness Giving I researched and devised strategic fundraising solutions that drove over $480K ARR and delivered more than 10x client ROI, and I helped develop customer success analytics that reduced churn by more than 25%.
