What I'm looking for

I seek a role leading distributed fundraising programs where I can scale volunteer-led revenue, build CRM systems, coach leaders, and align fundraising with movement strategy.

I am a development and fundraising leader with deep experience designing and scaling distributed, peer-to-peer, and volunteer-led fundraising programs for national movement organizations. I build CRM infrastructure, donor pathways, and systems that enable autonomous teams to raise money effectively and compliantly.

I have led national donor programs that generated $22M+ across major, mid-level, digital, and grassroots channels, and directed digital and virtual events generating up to $500K per event. I train and coach thousands of donor-volunteers, growing donor leadership cohorts and improving retention, upgrades, and long-term donor value.

My work combines donor organizing, narrative design, and cross-functional collaboration to translate complex political work into fundable stories, strengthen partner fundraising capacity, and sustain engagement over time. I bring hands-on CRM strategy (Salesforce, Airtable, Bloomerang), data-informed fundraising, and a track record of rapid-response and coalition fundraising successes.
