What I'm looking for
I am a design leader with 16+ years of experience in digital design and product innovation across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and North America. I lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver human-centered experiences for fintech, luxury retail, logistics, healthtech and mobility clients.
I set up innovation studios and incubators, established Human-Centered Design approaches, and launched products to market — notably an app that achieved 8,000+ downloads in Q3 FY2023. I also co-founded a martial-arts-inspired lifestyle brand and support emerging businesses with branding and design strategy.
In studio leadership roles I have built culture, mentored designers, and created scalable processes and design systems, including a global UI and mobile banking app for a major bank. I have driven large rollouts, such as a loyalty programme deployed across 1,700+ stores and 92 brands in 10 countries.
