I am an experienced billing specialist and customer service professional with a diverse background across medical billing, insurance verification, help-desk support, and operations. I deliver accurate billing, insurance coordination, and payment processing while ensuring cross-departmental workflows run smoothly.
In my current role I manage medical billing for behavioral health providers, review insurance with patients, assist with payments and arrangements, and facilitate coordination across teams to improve access and revenue cycles.
