I'm looking to transition into IT support and continue developing my technical knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and customer-service experience, with a long-term goal of moving into cloud engineering.

I'm pursuing Information Technology at Central Piedmont Community College while building practical troubleshooting and customer-support experience. At Amazon, I use handheld technology to scan, track, and manage packages in real time, resolve delivery issues, and earned Top 10 Driver of the Month recognition in March 2024.

I've also supported customers at Lowe's and DoorDash in fast-paced environments, resolving concerns, communicating clearly, and adapting to changing needs. My goal is to transition into IT and ultimately cloud engineering.
