In my Windows and Linux IT Support Lab, I built and maintain a VMware environment with Windows Server and Ubuntu Server to practice system administration, security monitoring, and troubleshooting. I resolved network and subnet conflicts, configuration errors, and Kibana authentication issues by isolating faults and testing fixes.
I diagnosed a virtual machine performance bottleneck and fixed it by moving VM files from HDD to SSD. I also configured Sysmon, Elasticsearch, and Kibana for log analysis, wrote KQL queries to surface relevant security events, and documented installations and fixes on my portfolio site.
As an Independent Delivery Driver, I resolve order and app problems for customers under time pressure while managing routes across five platforms. At FedEx Express, I sorted, scanned, and loaded packages to meet dispatch deadlines, following safety procedures throughout my service.
