What I'm looking for

I am looking for a role that allows me to grow in the education sector, where I can utilize my language skills and customer service experience.

I am a highly motivated and quick-learning individual with a strong desire to contribute to the education field. My experience spans various roles where I have honed my customer service skills and technical troubleshooting abilities. Currently, I work at the SNHU IT Service Desk, assisting customers with technical issues related to personal and university equipment. My role involves resetting passwords, troubleshooting virtual machine software, and providing courteous customer service.

Prior to my current position, I worked at ABM Service Desk, where I further developed my skills in assisting customers with technical problems and ensuring best business practices. My background also includes experience in customer service roles at Walmart and Seton Hill University, where I engaged with guests and provided exceptional service. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Spanish and am currently pursuing a TESOL Certificate, which reflects my commitment to education and language learning.
