I’m a results-driven HR & People Operations professional with 2+ years of experience across HR operations, talent acquisition, performance management, executive administration, and employee engagement. I’m skilled at designing HR frameworks independently and managing multi-location operations while supporting senior leadership with clear, timely reporting.
In my most recent role, I spearheaded Pan India contract workforce streamlining by building a structured data collection process for 200-230 contract employees across regions. I also developed base job descriptions from scratch through independent research and stakeholder interviews, and rolled out role-specific KRAs and KPIs across Pan India.
I designed and coordinated end-to-end PMS for 200–230 HQ employees, including framework design, marking system, evaluation timelines, and final incentive distribution. Alongside this, I served as the primary liaison for outsourced manpower vendors across Pan India—tracking SLAs, ensuring deliverables, processing bills and settlements, and maintaining confidential manpower records.
Earlier, I managed end-to-end recruitment for junior-to-mid level roles across a 450+ employee organization, handling job descriptions, sourcing, screening interviews, background checks, and offer coordination. With hands-on Darwinbox HRMS experience, I also built personalized onboarding plans for top management recruits and coordinated training needs and calendars with the CHRO.
