I’m an HR professional with hands-on experience across HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and process optimization. I’ve led HR projects that drive process standardization and operational efficiency, including end-to-end onboarding artifacts and HR documentation.

I’ve owned the end-to-end BGV process—coordinating, tracking, and ensuring accurate employee records—while also managing exit processes with documentation and stakeholder handling. I designed and documented SOPs and HR policies, and built an organization structure framework to improve leadership clarity.

Recently, I coordinated PMS scheduling and tracking, and supported onboarding, BGV, and employee data management using Keka HRMS. I’m now seeking to contribute to a people-focused organization through efficient and scalable HR practices.
