With 1.7 years of experience in HR operations and Talent Acquisition, I have developed a robust skill set in administrative and Operational HR practices, which I believe help me navigate various HR functions efficiently.
My expertise lies in managing 1500+ workforce operations PAN India, overseeing the entire employee life cycle, including end-to-end recruitment, streamlining HR processes such as Exit Management process and Probation and confirmation process.
I have implemented strategic initiatives such as Performance Management System, facilitating numerous training and development programs at the organization level, Data Management and maintaining organizational structures.
Creating HR dashboards and optimizing MIS reports have been significant aspects of my role. My proficiency in data visualization will be beneficial in preparing HR reports and metrics for management review.
Serving a SPOC for numerous HR Functions, I've handled employee inquiries and provide support in HR related matters.
Additionally, I have initiated and led numerous employee engagement activities to foster a positive work culture, which is crucial for enhancing employee satisfaction and retention.
Moreover, I'm actively involved in day-to-day HR activities such as preparing HR Documents, Vendor management, assisting Payroll team with accurate Leave and attendance data etc.
