I'm looking for an HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, or HR Analytics role where I can improve recruitment workflows, maintain accurate people data, and grow my data analysis and reporting skills.

I've supported recruitment operations at Enginow and Scaler, managing candidate workflows, interview coordination, onboarding, and HR documentation across fast-paced hiring environments.

At Enginow, I managed end-to-end recruitment activities and structured follow-ups for 50+ candidates, increasing candidate response rates from 50% to 70%. I maintained accurate applicant trackers using Microsoft Excel and Google Forms while coordinating candidates and internal stakeholders.

I'm building deeper HR analytics capability through Advanced Microsoft Excel, using Pivot Tables, Slicers, Conditional Formatting, and Goal Seek to create service-quality reports and actionable business insights.
