I’m looking for an HR role where I can own HR operations and recruitment end to end—supporting onboarding, employee relations, and compliance—while using Excel and HRIS tools to improve faster, data-backed decisions.

I’m a highly motivated HR professional with hands-on experience across HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. I work well in fast-paced environments, prioritize effectively, and keep processes organized and accurate.

In my HR Intern role at Sterling Auxiliaries Pvt Ltd, I sourced and expanded talent pools by posting across recruitment platforms and social media channels, evaluated applicant profiles against job benchmarks, and supported the full recruitment lifecycle with candidate communication and records updates. I also maintained up-to-date office calendars and helped keep HR handbooks and internal documentation current and compliant.

As an HR Executive at SBFC Finance Pvt Ltd and later a Management Trainee (Jr. Associate) at Omnicom Global Solution, I coordinated onboarding and HR documentation—handling employee records, contracts, benefits information, and end-to-end joining for 20+ new hires/month. I delivered HR induction sessions, resolved 50+ monthly employee queries via an AI bot + ticketing tool with a 24-hour response TAT, built onboarding checklists and decks, and used HRMS plus Excel to run onboarding and headcount status reporting. I bring a conceptual understanding of SAP, Workday, and Darwin box HRIS modules and aim to make employee experience smoother through consistent documentation and measurable support.
