What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an opportunity where I can support cloud operations and infrastructure, handle troubleshooting and incident analysis, and turn data into clear reporting using SQL, Power BI, and validated datasets.

I’m an MCA student building hands-on capability across cloud fundamentals, technical support, and data-focused analytics. Through academic projects, I’ve worked on chatbot development, API integration, troubleshooting, reporting, and data validation to improve accuracy and user experience.

I’m especially interested in Cloud Operations and Infrastructure Support, bringing strong analytical and problem-solving skills to incident analysis, root cause identification, and documentation. I’ve delivered outcomes using Dialogflow (AI chatbot), SQL (customer/order analysis), and Microsoft Excel/Power BI (cleaning, validation, and dashboards) while continuously refining testing, debugging, and issue resolution.
