I’m a motivated, detail-oriented fresher with foundational knowledge in cloud technologies, SQL, Excel, data validation, reporting, and manual testing. I focus on validating workflows, documenting observations, and maintaining accuracy through structured analysis.

I’m especially interested in cloud infrastructure support, AWS fundamentals, automation concepts, and service management processes. I’m actively learning modern cloud environments, reporting tools, and operational workflows in fast-paced settings.

Through my projects, I strengthened my validation and documentation skills: I executed and validated 30+ functional test scenarios for a web application, including cross-browser validation and organized issue tracking. I also practiced banking workflow validation (account creation, transactions, login authentication, and fund transfer) while applying SQL concepts for logical validation.

I’ve also built a chatbot using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Dialogflow with intent-based response handling and document-driven query support, which deepened my understanding of cloud-based workflows and user support processes. Alongside continuous self-learning in Python basics and SQL, I work with a strong commitment to troubleshooting, communication, and continuous professional growth.
