I've supported AWS cloud deployment activities at VDART, troubleshooting cloud-related issues and preparing technical documentation under guidance.

During my HR Executive internship at HertzworLz Pvt Ltd, I maintained employee records, prepared Excel reports, and coordinated administrative activities across internal teams. This work strengthened my documentation, reporting, and data-organization skills.

I've also built an Automatic Question Generator using Python, completed a Machine Learning project on Traffic Accident Risk Prediction, and designed a portfolio website using HTML/CSS.

I'm looking to apply my knowledge of IT support, Windows administration, Microsoft 365, AWS, ticketing systems, Active Directory, SQL, and Python in an entry-level Help Desk or IT Support role.
