At shai.pro, I assessed the financial feasibility of proposed corporate education programs and partnerships. I built an Excel business case for an AI education partnership, identified unattractive participation requirements and overlooked costs, and presented lower-risk alternatives that contributed to the decision not to proceed with the original proposal.
At Alpha Education, I modeled product costs and enrollment scenarios to assess break-even requirements and commercial viability. I recommended a phased, demand-led launch strategy and supported the shift toward commercially funded programs, during which the share of self-paying students increased from about 30% to 65% while overall enrollment was maintained.
