At Shai.pro, I built the Business Analysis function from the ground up, establishing standards and templates across 10+ product lines. I lead a layered BA and delivery team, plan workload and resources, and mentor a rotating group of business analysts and product managers.
For a Cyprus investment firm, I acted as Product Manager and BA across KYC, AML, compliance and risk processes. I directed a team of 7 that automated screening and reconciliation workflows in Dify and integrated them with the client’s compliance system via the LSEG API.
At EPAM Systems, I worked at Lead Business Analyst level on transformation programmes for financial services, e-commerce and life sciences clients. I set the BA approach for engineering teams of 25+, mentored analysts, and worked on requirements for AI-enhanced features on a digital wealth management platform.
My earlier work included building Power BI dashboards at Aitas KZ LLP, documenting requirements and designing processes in BPMN and UML. At QBG Partners LLP and QazaqSoftline LLP, I led requirements elicitation and process modelling; at AIC-Invest Corporation, I consolidated financial statements across affiliated entities.
