What I'm looking for

I want to design and lead learner-centered ILT, VILT, and e-learning solutions—partnering with SMEs, building competency-based curriculum, and measuring impact through assessments and learning analytics.

I’m a Senior Instructional Designer and Learning & Development leader with 7+ years designing instructor-led, virtual, and digital learning experiences. I partner with SMEs and business leaders to translate business requirements into learner-centered solutions.

Across my roles, I build competency-based curriculum, storyboards, learning objectives, and assessments—then shape learning journeys that improve capability at scale. I use adult learning principles to design ILT, VILT, and micro-learning for diverse learner groups and business functions.

In enterprise environments, I’ve led major learning programs and platform initiatives, including a 20,000+ user HRMS–LMS integration and LMS management to synchronize hybrid delivery. I also developed learning blueprints and facilitated TTT sessions to ensure consistent delivery and quality.

Some of my standout results include launching a nationwide Surveyor Excellence Program with 100% adoption and a measurable 58% reduction in Voice of Customer (VOC) complaints within 2 quarters, plus an organization-wide Skill Gap Matrix covering 10,000 employees that led to targeted interventions. I’m currently implementing a 3-month Soft Skills Development Program for newly promoted Call Auditors.
