As CFO, I developed all financial modeling of the business and raised our angel round with a pre-seed fund and angel investors (USD150k).
I also designed, implemented and fed every financial statement report and financial operational process.

As one of the first employees of the startup, I was a protagonist in shaping the Product strategy and its roadmap. I had to develop a quick and deep understanding of the card payments structure in Brazil.
I partnered with Engineers to design the data stack to support the Product strategy.
I had a team of analysts who assisted Finance, Marketing and Product with all the information they needed

I founded Monetae.co to provide meaningful information for decision makers in small and medium companies using a data framework I had developed myself. 
It consisted on the definition of clear gathering, cleansing and analyzing data processes from the operational to the strategic and financial levels of each of my clients.

Understanding of the user's journey in digital channels (acquisition, engagement, purchase, retention and recommendation) through KPIs and massive data analysis.
I partnered with other product analysts and designers to do hypothesis exploration, further using data and A/B testing to drive higher performances in mobile sales channels (Android and iOS apps).

Strategy evaluation and development for SMB.
Development of cost structure analysis, budgeting, forecasting and strategic performance review routines. Design of operational processes, implementation and monitoring using proper KPIs.

In Sales and Midia: daily and monthly reports automatization with VBA and Pentaho for the B2B team. Ideation of new reports using SAAS metrics (LTV, Churn, Cohort analysis).
In Finance: financial statements and budgeting automatization using VBA. Here I learned basically every fundamental concept of FP&A. 
Development of performance reports for startups invested by the Movile Group.
