What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my IT support, QA automation, AV, and technical-production experience to solve operational problems, improve workflows, and support teams with reliable technology.

I'm currently supporting 130+ employees at Daversa, maintaining IT systems, access management, hardware, software, and AV and networking equipment across offices in the US and UK. I also built the firm's IT inventory database and led AI-enablement training for 130+ staff using ChatGPT, Claude, and Granola.

At Apple, I triaged Android software issues, documented bug reports, and built Python QA automation for crash-log parsing, CSV processing, and app-build downloads. As a Genius, I supported 400+ customers monthly, led repair operations to maintain under-90-minute iPhone turnaround, and mentored 20+ technicians and admins.

Alongside IT, I work in live events and technical production as a projections technician, graphics operator, assistant director, and audio editor. My production work includes Prospect Musicals' IGNITE Concert Festival, while my audio work covers narration processing, mastering, client communication, and delivery.
