What I'm looking for

I am seeking a hands-on IT support role where I can reduce ticket volume through automation, improve documentation, and mentor junior staff in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

I am an IT support specialist with hands-on experience managing high-volume support queues, triaging escalations, and onboarding employees in remote and hybrid environments. I prioritize SLAs while using automation and AI to streamline repetitive tasks and improve response consistency.

At my current role I manage 100+ weekly tickets, maintain Confluence runbooks and user-facing help articles, and administer SSO and account access through Okta. I have supported large internal populations, worked with VDI and Azure environments, and led telephony and hardware migration efforts.

I hold a B.S. in Information Sciences and Technology with a Security Risk Analysis minor and multiple certifications (Jamf, Microsoft Azure, MTA). I bring practical experience with ticketing systems, device management, and collaboration tools, and I aim to reduce friction for end users through clear documentation and automation.
