I've supported Windows and macOS end users across multi-site organizations, including Tier 2/3 ownership of a 900+ endpoint environment at Applied Signal Technology. At DPR Construction and Turner Construction, I deployed infrastructure, managed asset lifecycles, staged and imaged devices, resolved escalations, and wrote SOPs that standardized support.
At Tesla, I led global operations and delivery programs, built Tableau dashboards for leadership, and trained teams on reporting and standard work. I'm now building a production iOS application through Everforward Media while returning to hands-on technical support with current AI tooling fluency and senior-level judgment.
