Diana Rose

With over a decade of experience in customer service, I have honed my skills across various roles, from retail to call centers. My journey has equipped me with the ability to connect with customers, understand their needs, and provide exceptional service. Currently, I serve as a Server at the Conservatory of The Woodlands, where I assist senior residents with their dining experience, ensuring they feel valued and cared for.

In addition to my current role, I have been a Sales Consultant at Nostalgic Rose Studios since 2008, where I guide customers in selecting products that meet their preferences. My experience also includes working at Target and Ross, where I developed strong organizational and communication skills. My leadership experience as President of the Douglas Art Gallery allowed me to manage operations effectively, including creating a web presence to enhance visibility and streamline inventory management.
