I designed executive dashboards that strengthened real-time performance visibility and chair weekly governance meetings across multiple workstreams.

Previously at Inner Circle Consulting, I worked with the COO and consulting leadership to build scalable operating systems, resource management reporting and workforce-planning processes that supported profitability, growth and employee wellbeing. I also led ERP implementation, stakeholder engagement, data migration and training, while maintaining quality assurance compliance and project reporting integrity.
