What I'm looking for

I'm interested in applying PMO, workforce planning, commercial governance and AI-enabled automation to improve operational decision-making, capacity, utilisation and delivery across complex global technology environments.

At SS&C Technologies, I drive PMO and business operations for Chorus Process Automation across EMEA, APAC and North America. I built centralised operational tracking for utilisation, realisation, vendors, timesheets, leave and BAU activity.

Previously at Convera, I established the global PMO function after a corporate carve-out and governed a $100M+ technology investment portfolio. I improved capacity planning, utilisation and resource allocation across 400+ blended workers, contributing to an 11% improvement in spend efficiency.

I connect workforce planning, financial governance, commercial operations and transformation. I'm also using Cursor to develop a resource-management MVP and exploring practical AI and automation for business operations.
