I'm looking to continue coordinating transportation and freight operations, using data, reporting, and cross-functional communication to resolve service issues, improve workflows, and support reliable delivery performance.

At Ryder System, I coordinate daily domestic transportation for five Fortune 500 customer accounts, supporting load planning, customer appointments, drivers, and time-sensitive delivery needs. I analyze delays, detention, on-time performance, and service data to identify risks and coordinate resolution across operations teams.

I've also coordinated freight and customer service at Nippon Express and supported freight operations at Gaters Freight Systems. I use Excel, Power BI, SAP, TMW, and AS400 to maintain accurate documentation, reporting, tracking, and operational workflows.
