Dez Stephens

I’m a mission-driven leader, educator, consultant, and ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC) with more than 20 years of experience across nonprofit leadership, education, client success, operations, program development, wellness, communications, and community engagement.

Throughout my career, I’ve founded and led organizations, developed educational programs, managed teams and projects, supported clients and students, built partnerships, and helped organizations turn ideas into meaningful programs. For more than a decade, I served as Owner and CEO of Radiant Health Institute/Radiant Coaches Academy, overseeing operations, education, marketing, student and client experience, partnerships, curriculum development, and organizational growth.

My career has also been deeply rooted in service and social impact. I have more than 30 years of involvement in social, environmental, economic, food, and community justice initiatives. My work has included supporting underserved communities, creating scholarship opportunities, mentoring professionals, and developing programs centered on leadership, education, well-being, and positive social change.

One of my greatest strengths is connecting with people. I’m comfortable working with clients, students, providers, volunteers, executives, community partners, and diverse stakeholders. I bring empathy, professionalism, organization, resourcefulness, strong communication, and follow-through to my work. I also enjoy the behind-the-scenes work that keeps organizations running smoothly, including coordinating programs, managing communications, improving processes, supporting teams, solving problems, and making sure important details don’t fall through the cracks.

As an ICF Master Certified Coach, I’ve been recognized for my contributions to the profession, including being named a finalist for the 2026 ICF Coaching Impact Awards and receiving recognition through ICF Ignite and an ICF chapter Prism Award.

I’m now particularly interested in fully remote opportunities where I can apply my experience beyond traditional coaching. I’m drawn to client and customer success, provider support, program coordination, nonprofit operations, education, community engagement, partnerships, communications, outreach, and member or volunteer engagement.

I’m especially passionate about animal welfare and would love to bring my experience to an organization helping animals, supporting veterinary care, protecting wildlife, or advancing animal advocacy. I’m also interested in organizations focused on wellness, healthcare, education, environmental causes, and social impact.

Ultimately, I’m looking for meaningful work where I can build relationships, solve problems, strengthen programs, support people, and contribute to an organization making a positive difference.
