What I'm looking for

I seek a mission-driven role leading education or social-service programs where I can scale impact, build teams, strengthen operations, and advance equitable outcomes.

I am a nonprofit leader with 15 years of experience building and scaling education and social service programs for diverse populations, including individuals and families experiencing homelessness. I design scalable workflows, develop grant-funded departments, and integrate systems to improve data collection and program delivery.

I have led cross-functional teams, supervised staff, managers, and large volunteer corps, and created training and internship programs to standardize practice across multiple sites. My work at LifeMoves established an Education Department that reached hundreds of children and adults and launched Health & Wellness, Education, Employment, and Financial Literacy departments.

I bring strong relationship-building, recruitment, and operational skills, with experience partnering across development, operations, and strategy teams, plus prior roles in higher-education recruiting, financial aid, and youth programs. I am committed to delivering measurable impact and strengthening organizational capacity through people-centered, data-informed solutions.
