I've led operations and account management across the Washington, DC metropolitan area, managing budgets, labor planning, cost optimization, and 500 customer accounts for KBS Services.

At KBS Services, I supervised and trained personnel, coordinated shift coverage with team leads, and partnered with teams to resolve customer and employee issues quickly. I also implemented machinery and safety programs, including forklift training, while setting clear performance and safety expectations.

At Safeway, I advanced from Assistant Lead to Front End Manager and managed large retail stores, front-end employees, daily monetary transactions, inventory, distributor deliveries, and product merchandising. I regularly served as backup manager for entire stores and supported OSHA-guided machinery training.

Earlier at Labor Ready, I supported business partner accounts through sales, telemarketing, customer retention, payroll, billing, client applications, temporary staffing, and employee performance feedback.
