I’m looking for a role where I can combine compliant healthcare customer support with team leadership—processing prior authorizations and escalations efficiently, collaborating closely, and using my communication skills to deliver fast, accurate resolutions.

I’m a results-driven Senior CSR Rep II with experience handling urgent, high-volume healthcare support work—processing prior authorizations, managing escalations, and supporting inline call resolution to keep requests moving in order of urgency. I’m detail oriented and adaptable, using daily reports and multiple software applications to maintain accuracy and momentum.

Across my roles, I’ve managed concurrent tasks and complex workflows, including medical records requests, RX confirmations, appeals, and doctor escalations while following FDA and drug guidelines. I consistently ensure HIPAA and PPI compliance and verify that protocols are followed to protect both patients and providers.

I also bring leadership and customer-focused operations experience, including 3+ years of leading teams and resolving conflict, plus retail management responsibilities such as staff management, inventory management, merchandising, and meeting sales goals.
