What I'm looking for
I completed an intensive Cybersecurity and IT program focused on developing skills in cybersecurity and technical support to obtain both the Google IT Support Professional Certificate and Google Cybersecurity Professional Certificate. My hands-on coursework built “all the fundamentals of Cybersecurity Analyst,” including data logging, Python, stakeholder communications, SQL, security frameworks, and SIEM tool management, plus NIST Risk Management Framework, security audits, incident response playbooks, INFOSEC, and IDS/NIDS signature and log tools.
Over 10+ years in customer service and data entry, I developed communication, team building, and process improvement habits that show up in my daily work. I bring practical technical support capability—technical support & troubleshooting, ticketing system support, user training & support, operating systems and software installation/configuration, and strong grounding in Windows, Linux, DNS, networking, and system administration—alongside writing reports and proposals.
In professional experience, I’ve delivered outcomes by staying organized, collaborating across stakeholders, and improving workflows. As an Executive Assistant, I successfully created and implemented EU EuropeAid proposal work through research and partner coordination; as a Claims Administrative professional and Verification/Escalation Agent, I liaised across teams, submitted and organized documentation, and resolved escalated incidents to reduce troubleshooting reports—skills.
