What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an IT support, systems, or network role where I can maintain secure infrastructure, troubleshoot technical issues, support users, and continue developing in an international environment.

I supported secure IT infrastructure at the Ghana Air Force, maintaining Windows and Linux systems and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.

I troubleshoot LAN connectivity using TCP/IP, manage Active Directory accounts, permissions, and access control, and perform updates, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance to maintain uptime. I also assisted with MySQL database deployment and maintenance, documentation, and end-user support.

I'm CompTIA A+ and Network+ certified and ready to support stable IT operations in international environments.
