Built strategic partnerships with licensed producers for powdered CBD and THC beverage products and supported market-entry execution. Facilitated the acquisition of a CBD-water startup and evaluated scaled production opportunities involving Pepsi bottling facilities.

Built an in-house and field sales organization from inception and implemented CRM systems, scripts, training, and operating routines to expand account penetration and distribution.

Directed complex fire- and water-loss restoration projects from initial assessment through demolition, reconstruction, and client closeout. Coordinated property owners, insurers, contractors, vendors, schedules, budgets, and quality standards across concurrent projects.
