I’m a CTO/CIO and technology executive with 25+ years of experience leading technology, operations, digital transformation, and high-performance teams across startups, growth companies, and global enterprises.
I’ve built and led both large global organizations and small, highly focused teams, with a strong emphasis on developing people, mentoring future leaders, and creating cultures built around accountability, collaboration, and execution. My experience spans technology strategy, product development, enterprise architecture, infrastructure, cybersecurity, SaaS, digital platforms, M&A integration, organizational transformation, and business operations.
My career has taken me across highly regulated pharma, cannabis, financial services, credit unions, telecommunications, mobile and digital media, retail, apparel and fashion, consumer products, health and wellness, manufacturing, distribution, and enterprise software. I’ve worked in both highly regulated environments and fast-moving entrepreneurial organizations where technology, operations, compliance, and growth must work together.
I’m particularly effective at entering complex environments, quickly understanding the business, identifying what needs to change, building the right teams and strategy, and turning that strategy into execution. I’m equally comfortable working with founders, boards, investors, and executive teams as I am working directly with product, engineering, operations, and technology organizations.
