What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an IT networking role where I can deliver end-user support, administer network services, and strengthen security through real configurations. I want hands-on work, clear ownership of reliability and troubleshooting, and growth in network administration and security.

I specialize as an IT Network Support Engineer, focusing on end-user technical support, software deployment and configuration, and technical network administration. I also manage network security responsibilities through practical, hands-on administration.

In my ICT Support Systems Administrator (Intern) role, I configured and integrated multiple systems, installed hardware and software components, and coordinated with internal teams, service providers, and vendors for reliable end-user support. I administered network services including DNS, DHCP, and email protocols, while handling server management for patching, monitoring, and backups.

Across network support and technician work, I troubleshoot both hardware and software issues and support structured LAN and wireless connectivity. I work with firewall and access control concepts (Cisco, Juniper SRX, ASA, and ACL configurations), applying strong fundamentals like CIDR and subnet masking to keep networks secure and stable.

Beyond IT support, I generate detailed reports and analyze data patterns using Power BI and Power Pivot to support decision-making. I’m certified in Cisco networking (CCNA) and cyber-security essentials, and I enjoy training junior staff and sharing best practices to improve team capability.
