I’m looking to deepen my impact in IT support and network operations—owning troubleshooting, documentation, and compliance while proactively monitoring to reduce downtime in mission-driven, multicultural teams.

I’m an IT Technician and IT Administrator with 5+ years of experience as a first point of contact for IT support. I install and maintain hardware and software components, troubleshoot Windows OS and Microsoft Office, and resolve network-related issues with a proactive, detail-oriented approach.

I’ve supported end users in fast-paced, multi cultural, mission-driven environments while maintaining technical documentation and ensuring consistent IT service delivery. Through proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and compliance practices, I’ve helped reduce downtime and enhance network stability, including support for mission-critical operations.
