What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a junior IT support, service desk, or infrastructure opportunity where I can apply practical technical knowledge, develop Linux, cloud, networking, server, Python, and cybersecurity skills, and gradually take on greater technical responsibility.

I'm studying Systems Analysis and Development while building practical experience in technical support, computer maintenance, operating systems, networks, servers, and remote user service.

I diagnose hardware and software failures, configure work environments, install and maintain systems and software, and improve low-performing computers. I also support users remotely through AnyDesk and TeamViewer, guiding them through technical procedures clearly.

My infrastructure knowledge includes network troubleshooting, VPNs, VPS management, basic server configuration, hosting, domains, DNS, and website publishing.

I'm focused on growing in infrastructure and information security, deepening my knowledge of Linux, Cloud Computing, Python, networks, servers, and cybersecurity while contributing to stable, secure, and efficient IT environments.
