What I'm looking for

I'm looking for remote, project-based, or flexible-hour work where I can apply structured IT support, AI data evaluation, content annotation, and quality-focused processes while learning new tools and procedures.

At Prefeitura de Paulista, I provide on-site and remote IT support, resolving hardware, software, connectivity, and Windows domain incidents. I manage GLPI tickets, support Microsoft 365, and troubleshoot TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, and user devices.

I've also supported users at Gerencial Contabilidade e Consultoria and managed customer records and financial negotiations at Grupo Ser Educacional. I'm pursuing a degree in Systems Analysis and Development and am interested in remote, project-based AI data, content evaluation, annotation, and quality-focused work.
