What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an IT support role where I can resolve user issues, support Microsoft and endpoint environments, strengthen my technical skills, and grow in a collaborative corporate IT team.

I've provided Level 1 technical support at Orion Engenharia e Tecnologia, resolving hardware, software, and access-related issues for users in a corporate IT environment.

I use RMM tools for remote assistance and incident follow-up, while configuring, updating, and maintaining computers and corporate equipment. I've supported Microsoft 365, Windows 11, Active Directory, Azure AD (Microsoft Entra ID), VPN, and remote access requests.

I'm pursuing a degree in Systems Analysis and Development and bring advanced English, clear user communication, and a solution-focused approach to endpoint and network support.
