I’m a results-driven travel and logistics professional with extensive experience in sales, customer service, team leadership, logistics coordination, fleet management, ticketing, and travel management. I’ve consistently “exceeded targets” while delivering “outstanding results” in fast-paced environments where communication and execution matter.

At VIPExpress Tourism Ltd, I progressed from Sales Consultant (January 2014–Current) to Team Lead (January 2016–January 2019), where I led teams to achieve outstanding results, supported growth and development, and generated significant revenue. Later, I served as Logistics Coordinator and Fleet Manager (January 2019–January 2022), coordinating logistics for timely delivery, managing a fleet to optimize transportation efficiency, improving logistics efficiency and reducing costs, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Most recently, as Travel/Customer Relationship Manager (January 2022–Current), I manage travel itineraries for individuals and groups—coordinating hotel reservations, ticketing, and pre-travel documentation packages to ensure seamless experiences. I build strong relationships with industry partners for exclusive deals, develop tailored travel packages for corporate clients to drive repeat business, and conduct regular market research to spot emerging trends. I’m now looking to transition into a new field and leverage these transferable skills to make significant impact in a new industry.
