I've led reservations, ticketing, and sales operations at MAMS Travels & Tours since 2017, managing travel and hotel reservations primarily for corporate clients. I oversee daily activities, monitor sales reports, and resolve client issues to protect satisfaction.
Before MAMS, I progressed at Kendall Travels and Tours Limited from Ticketing and Reservation Officer to Ticketing Supervisor and Agency Manager. My work included supervising ticketing and reservation staff, supporting reissues and EMDs, and preparing daily and monthly sales reports.
